Looking for an inquisitive, motivated technical young man? Then meet Dima soon! 

Dima has had the opportunity to support engineers on board container ships for a number of years with all kinds of technical work. From maintenance to overhauling engines, to minor repairs, Dima has become familiar with them.

Dima holds a Marine Engineer degree from the Marine College in Kherson. After he obtained this diploma Dima decided that he wanted to study further and went to the Maritime University. He now has yet to complete 1 more session to receive his degree for the university as well. As soon as the situation in Ukraine allows, he has every intention of doing so, otherwise he thinks it is a waste of all the time and effort he has already put into it. After all, his ambition is no longer at sea, but ashore.

When asked what is important to him in a new position, he gave the following answer:

  • mutual respect; a work environment where people treat each other in a normal, respectful manner;
  • being able to develop as a technical all-rounder within a team/organization.

If you are looking for a (young) technical person who is really at the beginning of his career, then Dima is the right person for your team/organization.
