Malik (27) is an ambitious young man who has been living in the Netherlands for six months. He recently got married and is expecting his first child in July 2025. Malik has completed a technical mbo education in Turkey and additional training in civil protection and firefighting. He has work experience as a firefighter and electrician, with internships as a mechanic and welder during his training.

Malik is now looking for a full-time technical position that does not require him to work shifts, so that he can combine his family life with work.

Qualities and Skills:

Technically strong: Malik can install and repair wiring, recognise faults and has extensive experience with electrical installations.
Practical and eager to learn: He has an eye for detail, is creative and solution-oriented, and enjoys learning new techniques and skills.
Social and flexible: Malik is friendly, helpful and adapts easily to new working environments.He already speaks some Dutch and will soon attend an integration course to further improve the language.
His motivation to integrate is enhanced by his wife's support.

Personal situation:
Malik has a stable, positive attitude and is looking for a work environment that offers stability. He has a good relationship with his in-laws. In his spare time, Malik enjoys cycling and hiking with his wife.


Availability:
Malik is fulltime available and is looking for a technical position where he can use his skills and motivation.He is a real go-getter with technical knowledge and a hands-on mentality. He will definitely be a valuable addition to a company looking for a motivated and committed employee.
