Meet Edith, all the way from South Africa. A real go getter, whom you can confidently entrust with any assignment in her field.

After spending most of her life in South Africa, Edith has made the decision to move to the Netherlands with her husband and son. Prior to this relocation, Edith was working as a Culture and Inclusion Senior Specialist for an internationally based, South African chemicals and energy company. In this position she was in charge of advising the organisation on improving employee engagement, team morale and leadership effectiveness. With roughly 14 years of experience in addition to her last position Edith can be considered a true HR professional. Edith uses an open mind and thoughtful approach in her work which conveys genuine interest towards others. 

The majority of Edith's HR experience is in the area of organizational development and effectiveness, including employee benefits and change management.

What is Edith looking for in a job?
Edith is looking for a HR related job, in which she is able to continue exercising her knowledge and experience. Due to her many years of experience within chemical plant organizations her preference goes out to this specific field.
