Arsalan came into our office with a very relaxed and kind energy. He is 55 years of age and very experienced in the maintenance and manufacturing of ships, which he also has a great passion for. 

Arsalan moved to the Netherlands in 2018 and holds status for two years now. Now that he is in the Netherlands, he is studying hard for his integration classes. This results into the fact that he can already have conversations in Dutch. In fact, when we spoke to Arsalan in our office, most of the conversation was in Dutch! He's still going these classes to continue his integration, which is why Arsalan is looking for a parttime job. 

Arsalan is no stranger when it comes down to the world of shipbuilding. With his 20 years of experience and motivated mindset, he is able to complete his tasks without hesitation. Arsalan likes diversity in his tasks and because of this, he has knowledge on many different subjects. He has experience in designing all processes and executive methods, planning time, human resources and much more. It's also because of this that Arsalan is able to step outside of his comfort zone easily and won't hesitate to pick up tasks that he is able to fulfil.

With the managing tasks also come the financial aspects. Cost estimation of the amount of all overtime and rework of shipbuilding contracts in the structure, facilities, electricity and navigation of the propulsion and decoration system also are part of Arsalan's past activities. As it can clearly be seen, Arsalan is a very competent and professional employee that can easily bring a lot of value.
