Originally from Ukraine, Karyna moved to the Netherlands at the end of 2021 after spending some time in Istanbul. Over the past few years, she has developed strong expertise in international logistics and customs operations, working remotely for a Canadian transport company.

- known for her detail-oriented approach, problem-solving mindset, and clear communication in fast-paced, high-pressure environments;

- as a night operator, managed urgent calls from truck drivers, handling stressful situations calmly and ensuring positive outcomes — even when immediate solutions weren’t available;
- took initiative to train and lead a team, contributing to process improvements and team performance.
