Morteza is a motivated and experienced Biomedical and Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and integration of medical and industrial equipment. He has led a biomedical engineering department and supervised over 500 hospital staff and junior technicians in the proper use, installation, and maintenance of medical devices.
He holds an Master in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering. Morteza has extensive hands-on experience in equipment management and industrial automation, including preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, device installation and commissioning, electrical panel assembly, wiring, power distribution, and electrical system design.
Morteza is hands-on, communicative, patient, punctual, and responsible, able to perform well under pressure. He has strong leadership and staff coaching experience, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and deep technical knowledge of medical and industrial systems. He is fluent in English, a native Farsi speaker, and currently learning Dutch (A1). Highly motivated, he aims to further develop his skills in the Netherlands, contributing to innovative technical projects while continuously learning and applying new technologies.
In his free time, Morteza enjoys spending quality time with his wife, fitness and swimming, watching scientific and technology-related films, and reading about emerging technologies such as AI.
