A motivated young professional who recently finished her studies in maritime office work. With a strong work ethic and a proven track record in the hospitality industry, Svitlana is ready to pivot her career toward logistics.

The past:
Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, Svitlana has been immersed in the maritime industry from a young age, growing up along the Black Sea. With a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Translation in the Sphere of Maritime Business, she spent two years studying on-campus in Ukraine and completed the rest of her education online due to the war. When arrived in the Netherlands she was determined to work, so she started working in horeca and applied for a volunteers job at the Ukrainian house. 

The present and (near) future:
Svitlana decided to stop with her work in the horeca to focus on a job in the logistics sphere. During her studies she loved working with all kind of documentation, planning (of personnel) and recruitment, which makes her suitable for several jobs, like:

  • (personnel) planner;
  • recruitment assistant;
  • administrative assistant;
  • customer service employee;
  • freight forwarder;
  • account manager.

Svitlana is curious for new things, at this moment she is trying several sports to find out what she really likes to do. Also, she loves to explore new cities (and countries) and at this moment she's learning the Dutch language.
