As the owner of Port-able, an online marketing agency based in the Port of Rotterdam, I have seen every corner of our port. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of businesses within the port, from container terminals to shipbuilders, industrial complexes to IT companies. What has always struck me is the remarkable people, their unwavering can-do attitude, and the unique spirit that defines our port community.

So, when I was asked to become a Port of Opportunities friend, my decision was a no-brainer. I wholeheartedly contribute to an initiative that offers newcomers the chance to be part of our wonderful port. I firmly believe in the Port of Opportunity mission, and I'm convinced that embracing newcomers will not only benefit them but also alleviate the labor shortages we currently face. To solve all the challenges our port faces, you have to believe in unconventional solutions. We need all talent to make sure that the port stays relevant in the future.
