Customer service employee

IS PROVIDING HIGH END SERVICE TO CLIENTS LIKE A SECOND NATURE TO YOU?

Do you want to be the first point of contact for the customers, help with questions, solve problems, and provide customer satisfaction?

The following tasks will be part of your job:

As a Customer Service Employee, you will work closely with various departments to provide information and support to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • You will handle a variety of client issues.
  • Be able to ask questions and use appropriate communication skills.
  • Preparing reports and processing orders.
  • Keeping in touch with customers.
  • Administratively processing all relevant information and keeping the CRM system up-to-date.

Do you have:

  • excellent communication skills in English(B1) and preferably in another foreign language;
  • MBO 4/HBO degree;
  • customer-oriented work experience;
  • experience with MS Office and CMRs;
  • do you have the will to learn the Dutch language.

What they offer you

 

  • A salary will be more or less between €2200,- and €2750 gross a month;
  • Travel expenses will be paid;
  • At least 24 holidays a year.
