Do you get energy from working in a neat and well-organized production hall, where there is a good atmosphere and where there are various opportunities to develop yourself?
Do you also want to make the offshore industry safer and enable the energy transition while having a great career?
The purpose of the department where you're going to work is to procure, manufacture, assemble, test and certify the system in a safe manner with the highest possible quality.
Your role as an Assembly Mechanic: You work as part of a team on large steel structures and assemble hydraulic components for the offshore industry. Your task is to carry out assembly work safely together with your colleagues. You do this by working according to strict procedures so that the final product meets the highest quality requirements. Your workday looks something like this: At 7.00H you start the day by putting on your coveralls and all other safety equipment. You make your way to the day's start where all tasks for the day will be assigned to you and your colleagues. Because safety is one of your (and our) core values, you always prepare your work carefully, sometimes alone and sometimes with your colleagues. You will be discussing procedures and safety rules. Then you perform your work and ensure a quality standard! Is there no procedure at hand? Then your creative brain goes to work and together with your colleagues and/or supervisor you think up a solid plan of action. During the day, you make use of your personal tool cart. Before your workday has come to an end at 16H, you make sure your tool cart is cleaned and you leave your workplace in a good order so the next day you can start fresh again.
