Production Operator

ARE YOU THE MOTIVATED PRODUCTION OPERATOR WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Your responsibility will be to manage the shift and your Team. You will be responsible in ensuring smooth running of the production process and that all products are produced to the specified specifications. You get excited achieving production targets with your Team and meeting deadlines of orders. You are responsible in ensuring that all team members comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.

The following tasks will be a part of your job:

 

  • Operating all the machines at the right efficiency and standard throughput to maintain low cost of production;
  • Conducts operational checks on all production machines to ensure product compliance on IFS and BRC, machine reliability;
  • Monitoring usage of each direct materials usage in production, and makes sure that it complies with standards;
  • Ensures the needed materials are requested and delivered on production floor on time;
  • Strictly complying with the regular inspection routine imposed by SOP on CCP; Conducting regular Quality test on product as per SOP;
  • Imposing safety on self and in the work area at all times; you identify and report safety and health hazard anywhere in the plant;
  • Maintaining GMP and housekeeping of the assigned area at acceptable level of standard.

What is asked of you:

 

  • Experience in production tasks;
  • Being able to communicate in the English level at B1 level or higher;
  • A driver’s license and own means of transportation.
