QHSE Controller

ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND THE ENVIRONMENT?

Do you like to set up, implement, asset, improve and maintain the business management of a tank shipping company? 

What are your daily tasks?

As a QHSE Controller, you'll collaborate with the QSHE manager to evaluate and update existing procedures and develop new ones as needed. And you are assisting in preparing and distributing all company system documents like procedures and manuals. 

Other tasks will be:

  • Reporting on the status of the Quality and Environmental Management System;
  • Identifying and reporting potential quality and environmental issues, providing solutions;
  • Conducting and reporting on internal quality and environmental audits;
  • Managing complaints, deviations, and environmental incidents;
  • Implementing the Occupational Health and Safety policy related to quality and environment;
  • Partly responsible for safety policy and corrective actions;
  • Ensuring timely submission of HSE policy reports to clients. 

Your qualifications

  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of quality and environmental matters;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of business organization and processes;
  • Discipline and adherence to company policies;
  • Competence in risk analysis and quality-oriented practices.
