What you will do as a Diesel Mechanic: As Diesel Mechanic, you are part of a surprisingly dynamic world. There is a rich world behind the maintenance and overhaul tasks you perform on drives. Together with your colleagues, you repair and maintain engines in the workshop. Each drive has a unique story. Ideally, you have all the knowledge and expertise to keep our customers' processes running. You continuously work on this with a team. You have your own workspace and tools. You really make a difference, and what you do is important!
Who are you?
You have knowledge of motors and gearboxes, or are willing to acquire this knowledge;
you work neatly and ensure a tidy workspace;
you take responsibility for your own safety and that of others during your work, and you communicate effectively about unsafe situations;
you are a professional who is flexible, customer-oriented, and collegial;
you are willing to participate in availability/on-call shifts;
you have a driver’s license (category B) and are willing to occasionally work at third-party locations.

Who are you?
You have completed an MBO (secondary vocational education) degree in Electrical Engineering;
a few years of experience in a similar role is a plus;
you have a good understanding of safety regulations related to installation and assembly;
you are proficient in English, both spoken and written;
keeping up with technical developments in your field is something you consider essential;
you possess strong social and communication skills and are flexible, stress-resistant, and able to maintain oversight;
you have a driver’s license (category B);
you don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality.
