Administrative assistant procurement

ARE YOU THE PERSON WHO MAKES THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS RUN SMOOTHLY ADMINISTRATIVELY?

As an administrative assistant, you will be the right-hand (wo)man to the buyer. Everything needed for the mechanics to do their work is ordered by you. In fact, you are both the buyer's right-hand (wo)man and your fellow mechanics right-hand.

The following tasks will be part of your job:

  • Ordering all kinds of necessary materials;
  • keeping customers informed of delivery conditions;
  • checking incoming goods;
  • stock keeping. 

Do you have:

  • Good communication skills in English (B1) and preferably Dutch (A2);
  • administrative and organizational skills;
  • technical affinity as you will be working in a technical environment. 

What to expect?

Besides working in an innovative environment where familiarity is paramount, you will be given the opportunity to fully master this new position. You will start 4 days a week and this can eventually be expanded to 5 days.

  • working hours from 07.30 to 16.00;
  • salary around €2300 - €2500,- gross a month based on 40 hours a week;
  • contract directly from the employer.
