As a Learning & Development Assistant, you will be an indispensable link within the L&D team. You will support colleagues in their growth and development and ensure that all learning and development activities run smoothly. You will work closely with an enthusiastic team of four colleagues and contribute to an inspiring and professional working environment.
The following tasks will be part of your job:
- You arrange and organise internal and external training courses, switch quickly between different parties and actively coordinate to ensure that everything is taken care of down to the last detail.
- You enjoy arranging things in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative.
- You are the first point of contact for employees with questions about training courses and related administration. To this end, you manage the shared mailbox together with the other L&D assistant.
- You will also work extensively with our Academy via the Learning Management System (LMS SuccessFactors).
- You will ensure that the training courses from the catalogue are scheduled, liaise with the training agencies or internal trainers, arrange suitable venues, etc. In short, you will also be the first point of contact for the trainers.
- Your tasks will also include the digital administration of certificates and participant lists.
- Furthermore, together with a colleague, you will organise the introduction day for new employees or take care of the planning of multi-day leadership programmes.
- Based on your qualities, we will jointly determine which (ad hoc) activities and projects within our Learning & Development team you can support.
Do you have:
- Completed administrative or secretarial training (minimum MBO level).
- At least 4 years of experience in an administrative position is an advantage.
- You have experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook and Teams); experience with SharePoint is an advantage.
- You have a good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- You are proactive, quick to adapt, take initiative and enjoy making phone calls and organising.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and planning and organising training courses is an advantage.
