The following tasks will be part of your job:

• Coordinate service work and the performance of test procedures on the test bench (or arrange for them to be carried out), ensuring that service work is carried out promptly and correctly;
• independently check incoming products against the correct product data and quality requirements, and verify that the accompanying transport documents are complete;
• responsible for receiving and checking incoming products and ensuring they are stored in the designated location within the warehouse. You will also handle the return of products to suppliers (where necessary);
• procure the necessary services and materials in accordance with quotations approved by your manager;
• keep track of orders and check incoming goods against the packing slip;
• carry out various logistical and support tasks for workshop projects, including packing and preparing goods for dispatch, and assisting with the testing of valves;
• responsible for managing and identifying the correct waste streams.

Do you have:

• MBO level of working and thinking, specializing in Mechanical Engineering;
• (preferably) hold a forklift licence;
• preferably relevant work experience in a similar role within the (process) industry;
• experience of working with ERP systems and MS Office;
• good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• the possibility to adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• proactive skills, with a customer-focused approach, and you are enterprising.
