Hiervoor zijn speciale vaardigheden nodig en het is echt vakmanschap. Je werkt in de hal van het bedrijf in Krimpen aan den IJssel. Af en toe moet je de laswerkzaamheden bij de klant ter plaatse uitvoeren. Elk project is anders, en dat maakt deze functie zeer afwisselend: geen enkele dag is hetzelfde.    <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>De volgende taken behoren tot je takenpakket:<\/h2>\n<p>Je las zelfstandig pijpleidingen, constructies, platforms en skids volgens de vastgestelde procedures. Je begint je werk met het doornemen van de lasprocedure. Op basis van deze informatie en de instructies van de lasvoorman kies je de juiste lasdraad en stel je het lasapparaat in volgens de voorschriften. Je last in verschillende posities en maakt de las schoon zodra je klaar bent.<br \/>Ten slotte voer je een visuele inspectie uit van de lasnaden die je hebt aangebracht. Daarnaast behoren de volgende taken tot je takenpakket:    <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je voert laswerkzaamheden uit volgens verschillende methoden en procedures op diverse soorten staal.<\/li>\n<li>Je brengt je voorman op de hoogte van de voortgang en de kwaliteit van het werk en zorgt ervoor dat de lasnummers en -gegevens op je werkstuk worden genoteerd.<\/li>\n<li>Bij al deze werkzaamheden let je goed op je eigen veiligheid en die van je collega\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Heb je:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>ervaring met lassymbolen, maat- en vormtoleranties en lasvoorschriften;<\/li>\n<li>de vaardigheden om een WPS (lasprocedurespecificatie) nauwkeurig te lezen en op te volgen;<\/li>\n<li>het vermogen om indien nodig in lastige houdingen of omgevingen te lassen;<\/li>\n<li>de kwalificaties bezitten om als lasser op niveau 3 of 4 te werken in Mig\/Mag en\/of GTAW en over de juiste certificaten beschikken (bij voorkeur voor roestvrij staal en koolstofstaal);<\/li>\n<li>de communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels op B1-niveau?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je vindt het belangrijk om kwaliteit te leveren en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je product. Ook een positieve werksfeer is voor jou van groot belang. Je onderscheidt je door je grote inzet en omdat je weet hoe je dingen voor elkaar krijgt.
