Je zorgt voor een soepele afhandeling van intermodale zendingen en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en externe partners. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>De volgende taken behoren tot je takenpakket:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>De goederenbewegingen in de gaten houden en de planning proactief aanpassen om vertragingen te voorkomen;<\/li>\n<li>het plannen en beheren van de dagelijkse inkomende transportactiviteiten, met name voor de intermodale zendingen van Tailwind;<\/li>\n<li>deelnemen aan de dagelijkse vergaderingen over de inkomende planning met de klant;<\/li>\n<li>wekelijks vergaderen met de klant om algemene updates te geven en de werkzaamheden op elkaar af te stemmen;<\/li>\n<li>nauw samenwerken met de documentatie- en IT-teams om een naadloze informatiestroom te waarborgen;<\/li>\n<li>de voortgang van de douane-inklaring en andere vereiste vrijgaveprocedures volgen;<\/li>\n<li>ervoor zorgen dat alle betrokken partijen tijdig en nauwkeurig op de hoogte worden gehouden;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>transport-KPI\u2019s bijhouden en rapporteren, en verbeteringen voorstellen om de leveringsprestaties te verbeteren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Heb je:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>MBO+\/HBO-niveau (of gelijkwaardig), bij voorkeur in logistiek of supply chain;<\/li>\n<li>aantoonbare ervaring in de expeditiebranche is een vereiste;<\/li>\n<li>kennis van importprocessen en douaneprocedures is een groot pluspunt;<\/li>\n<li>uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels zijn een vereiste;<\/li>\n<li>kennis van een andere taal, zoals Turks, Pools of Duits, is een groot pluspunt;<\/li>\n<li>een klantgerichte mentaliteit;<\/li>\n<li>analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen;<\/li>\n<li>het vermogen om te werken in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving;<\/li>\n<li>proactief en oog voor detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Wat bieden we aan?<\/h2>\n<p>Naast het werken in een jong, informeel en gemotiveerd team krijg je:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een bruto maandsalaris tussen \u20ac 3000,\u2013 en \u20ac 3500,\u2013;<\/li>\n<li>een jaarlijkse bonus ter hoogte van \u00e9\u00e9n maandsalaris, die variabel is en afhankelijk is van het beleid van het bedrijf;<\/li>\n<li>8% vakantietoeslag;<\/li>\n<li>7% pensioenvergoeding;<\/li>\n<li>25 vakantiedagen per jaar;<\/li>\n<li>mentorschap en de mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IS HET CO\u00d6RDINEREN VAN IMPORTZENDINGEN JE PASSIE? <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":9047,"template":"","salary-range":[67],"job-offer-group":[90],"job-offer-location":[36],"hr-contact":[85],"class_list":["post-9050","job-offer","type-job-offer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","salary-range-3251-4000","job-offer-group-logistiek","job-offer-location-rotterdam-nl"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
