Als Application Manager beheer je bedrijfsapplicaties en zorg je voor de voortdurende verbetering ervan, ondersteun je gebruikers, los je incidenten op en implementeer je wijzigingen. Je fungeert als schakel tussen gebruikers, IT, leveranciers en externe ontwikkelaars, waarbij je de behoeften van gebruikers vertaalt naar praktische oplossingen en zorgt voor een betrouwbare, veilige en effici\u00ebnte IT-omgeving.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>De volgende taken maken deel uit van je functie:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Het beheren, onderhouden en voortdurend verbeteren van een of meer bedrijfsapplicaties;<\/li>\n<li>het ondersteunen van gebruikers bij vragen, incidenten en technische problemen;<\/li>\n<li>het analyseren en oplossen van applicatiegerelateerde problemen en storingen;<\/li>\n<li>het beheren van gebruikers, rollen, autorisaties en toegangsrechten;<\/li>\n<li>updates, releases en systeemwijzigingen voorbereiden, testen en co\u00f6rdineren;<\/li>\n<li>verbetermogelijkheden in kaart brengen en deze omzetten in praktische oplossingen;<\/li>\n<li>de beschikbaarheid, continu\u00efteit en prestaties van applicaties bewaken;<\/li>\n<li>integraties en gegevensuitwisseling tussen applicaties bewaken en beheren;<\/li>\n<li>met leveranciers en externe partijen afstemmen over incidenten, wijzigingen en verbeteringen;<\/li>\n<li>bedrijfs- en gebruikersvereisten omzetten in functionele oplossingen;<\/li>\n<li>de implementatie van nieuwe applicaties en functionaliteiten ondersteunen;<\/li>\n<li>gebruikers- en systeemdocumentatie opstellen en bijhouden;<\/li>\n<li>bijdragen aan informatiebeveiliging, privacy en naleving van interne procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Heb je:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>MBO+\/HBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur op het gebied van ICT, informatiemanagement of een verwant vakgebied;<\/li>\n<li>ervaring met functioneel en\/of technisch applicatiebeheer;<\/li>\n<li>sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;<\/li>\n<li>affiniteit met bedrijfsprocessen en informatiesystemen;<\/li>\n<li>sterke communicatieve en gebruikersgerichte vaardigheden;<\/li>\n<li>het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen;<\/li>\n<li>ervaring met IT-servicemanagement of ticket-\/registratiesystemen is een pluspunt;<\/li>\n<li>kennis van databases, API\u2019s en\/of SQL is een pluspunt;<\/li>\n<li>een proactieve instelling en een oprechte nieuwsgierigheid om nieuwe systemen en technologie\u00ebn te leren kennen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat bieden we aan?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Een afwisselende en verantwoordelijke functie waarin je een belangrijke rol speelt binnen de organisatie;<\/li>\n<li>ruimschoots ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verbeteringsidee\u00ebn;<\/li>\n<li>een functie waarin technologie, gebruikers en bedrijfsprocessen samenkomen;<\/li>\n<li>mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling op het gebied van applicatiebeheer en IT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BEN JE KLAAR OM EEN BELANGRIJKE ROL TE VERVULLEN BIJ HET GARANDEREN VAN DE GOEDE WERKING EN DE VOORTDURENDE VERBETERING VAN ONZE APPLICATIES?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":9783,"template":"","salary-range":[124],"job-offer-group":[87],"job-offer-location":[],"hr-contact":[85],"class_list":["post-9784","job-offer","type-job-offer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","salary-range-124","job-offer-group-financien-it"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
