Dit is mogelijk gemaakt door onze oprichters, Havenbedrijf Rotterdam en Watertalent. <\/p>\n<p>Samen hebben we geconstateerd en erkend dat nieuwkomers in Nederland veel uitdagingen tegenkomen in hun zoektocht naar zinvol werk. Obstakels zoals de niet-erkenning van buitenlandse kwalificaties, taalbarri\u00e8res en het gewicht van onrechtvaardige vooroordelen belemmeren hun vooruitgang. Ons geloof in de urgentie van verandering dient als een standvastige leidraad &#8211; we zijn toegewijd om zoveel mogelijk nieuwkomers te helpen een gekwalificeerde baan te vinden in de haven en industrie van Rotterdam, die hen helpt hun toekomst hier in Nederland op te bouwen. Onze uiteindelijke ambitie is om hen te begeleiden naar een vaste, zinvolle baan die aansluit bij hun individuele vaardigheden, kennis en ervaring. Op dit moment missen de haven en industrie van Rotterdam duizenden geschoolde werknemers om de huidige werkdruk te laten groeien en zelfs vol te houden. Onze ultieme triomf ligt in succesvolle matches tussen nieuwkomers en werkgevers, waarbij beiden elkaars potentieel en bereidheid tot samenwerking erkennen. Dit is mogelijk gemaakt door onze oprichters, Havenbedrijf Rotterdam en Watertalent. <\/p>\n<p>Samen hebben we geconstateerd en erkend dat nieuwkomers in Nederland veel uitdagingen tegenkomen in hun zoektocht naar zinvol werk. Obstakels zoals de niet-erkenning van buitenlandse kwalificaties, taalbarri\u00e8res en het gewicht van onrechtvaardige vooroordelen belemmeren hun vooruitgang. Ons geloof in de urgentie van verandering dient als een standvastige leidraad &#8211; we zijn toegewijd om zoveel mogelijk nieuwkomers te helpen een gekwalificeerde baan te vinden in de haven en industrie van Rotterdam, die hen helpt hun toekomst hier in Nederland op te bouwen. Op dit moment missen de haven en industrie van Rotterdam duizenden geschoolde werknemers om de huidige werkdruk te laten groeien en zelfs vol te houden. Onze ultieme triomf ligt in succesvolle matches tussen nieuwkomers en werkgevers, waarbij beiden elkaars potentieel en bereidheid tot samenwerking erkennen.
