It can be very hard for migrants (newcomers, refugees, statusholders, expats) to re-establish their professional identity within the Netherlands. To be able to make this a smoother process, both input from the host country (NL) and the migrant is needed. Therefore, it is essential to have conversations with each other on how to navigate this best.
Do you struggle with finding a job and presenting yourself in the Dutch labour market? Or do you have experienced it yourself already and do you have tips for others? Then this brainstorm session might be just right for you!

Good day! My name is Tycho and I am communication and brand strategist at Port of Opportunities. I started doing these meetups with my colleague Sofie and really enjoy helping others with their challenges regarding the Dutch job market and the integration in the country.
