Khalil built his career after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Syria and later moved to Dubai in search of better opportunities. When Covid struck, his situation changed drastically, forcing him to leave Dubai and start over in the Netherlands in 2021, while his wife and children temporarily returned to Syria.
Since then, Khalil has worked tirelessly to build stability: he successfully completed his integration program, reunited his family, improved his Dutch towards B2 level and followed the following courses:
- Finance Academy, a 14-week learning programme organised by Refeugee Talent Hub
- SAP Financial Accounting organised by TheKnowledgeAcademy
Now, he is ready for the next step — a full-time role where he can work with numbers, continue to grow, and further develop his career in the Netherlands.
