We are looking for a motivated Junior Backend Software Engineer to join the international engineering team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot or Spring Cloud, understands microservices architecture, and has participated in the development of business systems such as order management, warehouse management, or other enterprise applications.
The following tasks will be part of your job:
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of backend services using Java, Spring Boot and/or Spring Cloud;
- develop and maintain RESTful APIs for business systems such as order management or warehouse management;
- assist in building and maintaining microservices-based architecture;
- write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
- collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams;
- troubleshoot issues and support system optimization;
- support the local team in resolving daily system issues;
- provide technical solutions or support to our clients together with our IT BP, if needed.
Do you have:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field;
- solid foundation in Java programming;
- experience with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud;
- basic understanding of microservices architecture;
- familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL;
- basic knowledge of Git. CI/CD, CODING Security, Agile development process;
- at least 2-3 years JAVA.
Preferred Qualifications
- experience with order management, warehouse management, or logistics systems;
- familiarity with Spring Cloud components;
- basic understanding of Docker or message queues;
- exposure to cloud or SaaS systems;
- willing to work flexible hours, depending on your international colleagues.
