The following tasks will be part of your job:

• providing administrative support to the Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams (processing, monitoring, and archiving orders, as well as handling incoming phone calls);
• preparing technical documentation packages for shipment with orders (document control);
• preparing quotations for standard requests within the maritime and offshore industries;
• maintaining contact with colleagues and new and existing customers;
• purchasing products specifically for customer orders when items are not directly available from our own warehouse, working with various suppliers.

Do you have:

• havo/mbo4 level of education and thinking ability, preferably in a commercial administrative field;
• affinity with technology and the maritime industry is required;
• relevant experience in a similar commercial role within the process industry or maritime sector is an advantage;
• experience working with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and MS Office;
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• motivation to develop and expand technical product knowledge;
• ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and switch priorities quickly;
• a proactive, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset;
• a strong team player.
