Emirhan is an experienced and driven professional with over five years of experience in cable installation and infrastructure. He combines a strong technical foundation with experience in leading teams and projects. At Kabelwerken Van Dorp, he started as a Cable Technician and quickly progressed to the position of Foreman. In addition, he has worked as a freelance Cable Manager, leading various projects and teams.
His career began in Turkey in the television industry, where he worked as a video editor after completing his bachelor’s degree. This experience developed his strong attention to detail, precision, and technical understanding. During his film studies, he also gained knowledge of filming, spatial awareness, and working with technical drawings. These skills later proved valuable in his transition to the technical sector.
After gaining international work and travel experience, Emirhan moved into the cable technology sector. Although this was a new field for him, he quickly developed the technical skills required for the job. His eagerness to learn, practical approach, and technical insight enabled him to progress from Cable Technician to a leadership position within a short period of time.
As a person, Emirhan is clear, ambitious, and results-oriented. He knows what he wants and is able to communicate his choices clearly. His strengths lie particularly in working with others, creating a strong team dynamic, and achieving shared goals. Appreciation and recognition for a team’s achievements are important motivators for him.
Emirhan is now looking for a new challenge where he can further develop his leadership skills, preferably in a role as a Team Leader, Foreman, or Project Leader. He is looking for an organisation where he can build a long-term career and continue to grow both personally and professionally. He is also actively working on improving his Dutch language skills, enabling him to communicate even more effectively in a leadership position.
