What services do we offer?

As an social labor market mediation company we can offer 2 types of services:

  • Recruitment & Selection (R&S)
  • Secondment/ Temporary employment

What is recruitment & selection (R&S)?
In recruitment & selection, we take care of the entire search and selection process. Based on your requirements, we search for suitable candidates and guide the process through to recruitment. Your new colleague and/or employer will be employed directly by you.

What to expect:

  • Extensive selection from a pool of motivated newcomers;
  • thorough screening for motivation, background and language skills;
  • support with job interviews;
  • guidance even until after signing the employment contract.

What is Secondment/Temporary Employment?
Would you like to hire a suitable candidate, but you are not (yet) ready to offer them a permanent contract? Then secondment is a flexible solution. We remain the formal employer, and you work with the candidate on location.

Advantages:

  • You retain flexibility in staffing;
  • no administrative hassle, you only have to sign an agreement and check the hours on a weekly base;
  • we take care of salary, insurance and support during sickness;
  • possibility of permanent employment at a later date.
