Act as the primary point of contact for key customers within your program portfolio. Facilitate regular performance reviews, identify opportunities for increased customer value through ongoing engagement and feedback.
The following tasks will be part of your job:
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of companies own logistics solutions, aligning services with customer goals and operational needs;
- understand customer requirements and translate them into service improvements and actionable program deliverables;
- monitor customer satisfaction, maintain positive, trust-based relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met;
- managing and maintaining SOPs, IOPs and manuals with regard to the full lifecycle of the 4PL supply chain solution;
- design an end-to-end reporting strategy; implementing comprehensive BI reporting framework aligning client’s and the operational- and strategic goals;
- use reporting insights to monitor performance against SLAs, identify deviations and opportunities for the end-to-end supply chain;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of operational issues and continuous service improvement;
- stakeholder engagement: Align, coordinate, and deliver value across the operational stakeholders engaged in the end-to-end supply chain towards a unified outcome;
- develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies;
- establish standardized project management methodologies covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure;
- evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Do you have:
- 5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or freight forwarding is mandatory, preferably within a 4 PL environment;
- experience coordinating multi-stakeholder logistics programs involving customers, carriers, and internal operations teams;
- experience supporting customer accounts, program management, or operational performance monitoring;
- familiarity with logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and service level management.

- a monthly salary between €5000,– and €6000,–;
- annual bonus of 1 month base salary, which is variable and depends on the companies plan
